Ce programme vise substantiellement \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les capacit\u00e9s de notre pays le Togo dans la r\u00e9duction des risques de catastrophe et adaptation aux changements climatiques. Nous rappelons que le Gouvernement \u00e0 travers le Syst\u00e8me des Nations \u00e0 introduit une requ\u00eate de plusieurs composantes aupr\u00e8s de ce programme pour accompagner les efforts du Togo dans la r\u00e9duction des risques de catastrophe en poursuivant l&rsquo;atteinte des grandes priorit\u00e9s du cadre d&rsquo;action de <strong>SENDAI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est au Relais de la Caisse que les experts ont rendu compte des r\u00e9sultats de leur mission qui a dur\u00e9 2 semaines en pr\u00e9sence du <strong>Coordonnateur du Syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies<\/strong>, du secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Minist\u00e8re de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la Protection Civile, du <strong>Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de L&rsquo;ANPC<\/strong>, des partenaires techniques et financiers et de l&rsquo;ensemble des structures de la plateforme nationale de r\u00e9duction des risques de catastrophes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recommandations pertinentes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ont \u00e9mu l&rsquo;ensemble des participants au regard des insuffisances relev\u00e9es par la mission, des d\u00e9fis nouveaux qui se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 notre pays en mati\u00e8re de gestions des situations d\u2019urgences et de croissance de la r\u00e9silience des populations pour le bien-\u00eatre des populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des acteurs de s&rsquo;approprier ces recommandations et les&nbsp; mettre en \u0153uvre progressivement en mutualisant les ressources dans une synergie
